. I have promised myself I'm going to do it every day. My diet is going well. It's been 3 weeks and I've lost 9 pounds. I did stumble a bit during my birthday weekend when we had family staying with us from out of state. For 4 days I ate a bunch of crap and didn't work out. But I vow not to do that next week when my boyfriend's bday rolls around.
I'm doing WW from home, the older version not PP. Any tips from anyone regarding weight watchers or low impact fitness? I like water aerobics best but I do struggle a little trying to come up with execises i can do in a 3 or 4 foot pool at home.
