Down 41lbs, can finally tell a difference

  • I've lost my first 41 pounds and can finally feel a difference. My bra band was up to a 42 and tops sometimes XL, but now I'm a 36 and a M. My pants were mostly 16's, and now my pants and skirts and tops are 10's. My ankle, back, and knees no longer bother me (well, ankle a little) and I have more energy. Stairs are easier. And I don't feel so lumpy, and my face is less puffy and weird looking.

It's been six months so I've been losing the weight slowly, but if I lose another 40 in the next 6 months then I'll be back to at least 120 by end of this year. Also I started some very light exercise this week and will work my way up. Need to get into a regular exercise routine.
  • Congrats!! Post some before and after pics

  • We started around the same height and weight so I can understand, I can feel a bit of a difference and I'm only starting to believe it, 10 more lbs and I'm sure I will understand what youre feeling currently, like in the last 10 lbs I've got my collar bone back, my face is more toned along with arms, fitting into old dresses just feeling like a NORMAL HUMAN BEING AGAIN
