Good Morning Everyone,

Well, it was about 43 degrees again this morning and my walking partner can't take the cold so we put it off until it's over 50 degrees. It's almost that now, so I'll be out of here in a few minutes.

Hope you are all doing well and staying on track today. I went over on my calories yesterday and will have to make up for it today. My neighbor baked cream puffs and brought us some. I just don't have any will power when things like that are in the house.

Coco..Have fun with your counted cross stitch lessons. And I'm sure that the ladies at church will understand that its something you have been wanting to do.

Good Afternoon Ladies
How is everyone doing today. Not much happening here. Tonight is weigh in night for us. Not sure if I will get to stay for the meeting or not. Backside is still acting up. Not sure if I can sit that long. Is doing better than it was. But still hurts and leg goes numb if I sit to long. Did walk 1 1/2 miles this morn. Was kinda cool. But nice. Son wants pizza tonight. So will have to get that made after bit. Will just make a small one.

Eleni I really enjoyed your tape things. I want to print them off. But I cant get my printer to work. Tried yesterday to get it hooked up. And not working right. So guess I will have to call my neighbor again. See what I am doing wrong.

FLGAL. Yes. I am really looking forward to the counted cross stitch classes. Hubby said dont worry about what they say at church. Go and have fun.

WOW! I lost 30 pounds and look great!!! Can't believe it! Oh, ...........................what day is this?

Reality check. I was doing good until Sunday. Went to the store , bought things I shouldn't have and you all know what happened. Think I will end up with a gain tomorrow. It's also our installation so I know I won't be in too good a mood. Oh, well, I did it to myself. Now on to better things. I am getting on my bike when dd nurse gets here and try a bit of Richard's video. Don't know if my knee will tolerate it, but I have to do something.

Coco, good to see you back. I agree, have fun with the cross stitching. I'd like to do that. Careful of that pizza too.

Nita, can't blame you for not leaving those cream puffs alone. I finally looked at all of those icons and what they stand for. I am so PROUD of you!!! What a year you are having. I need to come touch you so it can wear off on me.

OK, the nurse is here so I'm going to go start what I said I am going to do. I don't have to worry about paying attention to my dd...........time for me!!!!!

Summer

I haven't been on much lately, but really need to get back OP. I didn't do to well the month of March. But must do better in April.

I leave tomorrow for SRD. Two friends and I are going to Dallas early and do some shopping and then to SRD on Thursday. We have to work in the Hosp. room. I am looking forward to SRD. Hope it gets me back on track.

Keep me in your thoughts, I really am needing help.
