Happy Independence Day to those celebrating!

If any of you have cookouts or get-togethers today/this week. I wanted to wish you a big "BE STRONG!" We can still have fun without over-indulging. (Unless of course, we plan it and track it!)

I'm having a party tonight and am making sure to have veggies and dip and chips and salsa. But I'm planning on indulging just a little bit

We are going to a family party but most of the food will be on the good side of yum.....trout, corn on the cob, veggies for dipping, watermelon...
