  • With all the summer heat making me want ice cream every day, I need to be logging my food to keep me on track. All are welcome to join!

    Sunday:
    B - shredded wheat, raspberries, blueberries, skim milk
    L - pasta w/tomato, garlic, basil; salad w/cuke
    S - peach
    D - roasted veggies & tofu, wild rice blend
    S - 1oz semisweet chocolate
    E - none

    Monday:
    B - oatmeal squares, raspberries, blueberries, skim milk
    L - leftover pasta/sauce/green beans, little bit of leftover rice blend & roasted veg
    S - cupcake
    D - tofu curry on rice
    E - 21 min run + wu, cd
  • Tuesday:
    B - raisin bran, banana, blueberries, skim milk
    L - leftover tofu curry on rice
    S - apple
    D - chili on mac
    S - melon
    E - I don't remember

    Wednesday:
    B - oatmeal squares, banana, blueberries, skim milk
    L - leftover chili on mac
    S - melon
    D - southwest chicken and veg on rice
    S - 1/2 oz semisweet chocolate
    E - 30 min bike ride

    Thursday:
    B - raisin bran, banana, blueberries, skim milk
    L - leftover chili on mac
    D - not sure yet, maybe leftovers
    E - going to try out an insanity dvd at lunchtime
  • Fell behind, can't remember everything I ate. It was pretty healthy though.

    Monday:
    B - raisin bran, blueberries, skim milk
    L @work - 1 slice cheese, 1 slice veggie pizza, 1 bread stick
    S - apple, tiny bit of ice cream, cookie
    D - kasha pilaf
    S - watermelon
    E - boot camp-style exercises while doing 1 mile powerwalk

    L - leftover pasta veg bake
    S - banana, apple
    D - leftover kasha pilaf, corn
    S - watermelon, single serve rice pudding
    E - Insanity cardio core workout
  • Wednesday:
    B - raisin bran, blueberries, skim milk
    L - leftover pasta (tiny serving), apple, banana, cherries, string cheese
    D - probably tofu stir fry
    E - none planned
