WOW It's the end of my first week and I think I've finally figured all this out. It's not the IP food or my food that is getting me to lose weight, it is all the walking to the bathroom during the day!
I have to get up and walk across the building where I work just about every 45 minutes, if not more to pee. Does this ever slack off, or is it just something we have to get used to?
Your body gets used of all of the water you drink....lol...just be happy you are going to the bathroom so much you are letting out the "FAT" that is why I don't mind going as much as I do.....lol

EVERY 45 mins...WOW you are a lucky one, I have to go every 20 mins !!! This is my first week and my biggest Challenge has been finding a bathroom on my 4 hour daily commute (2 hours each way) !!!
