Hello Ladies,
I tried starting IP on monday only to discover that I'm allergic to soy. What can I do? I assume I can just eat actual protein foods instead of the packets or shakes, but not sure what amounts. I've also been looking into rice protein shakes but they only seem to have aroung 7g of protein. Is there any other alternative I can look into? Thanks for any help and suggestions!!!!!

One drink has 103 cal, 3g carbs, and 25 g protein. I figured I would use this to replace the IP packets. It should be here in a few days. Excited to start!!!!!
