I'm on the veg plan. It sucks that's it's not really vegetarian, but I'm glad they improved the menu. It used to just be veggie burgers, but now you can have seitan and such. I still eat a ton of quorn and veggie burgers, but I'm loving the PB on toast in the morning. I've made veg tacos and veg gyros and veg chili. Mainly stuff you would normally eat, just with more veggie burgers.
