Good morning everyone! Last year I decided I needed to get better about drinking water so I went looking for what the right amount of water for me would be. I noticed in another thread some discussion and questions about how much water is too much (since too much is not a good thing) so I thought I would share the calculator that I use. It took the guess work out for me and it makes logical sense.
