Don't ever feel that weight loss you've achieved isn't enough!

  • don't ever think that loss isn't an achievement, when I start to feel gloomy I look at these and go wow awesome I'm getting there, they are a little graphic to some maybe but I think it's a great eye opener!!

  • Thanks! I will never think, "I only lost a pound" again.
Now I will think "Cool - I lost a serious glom of the gooey stuff".
  • Haha exactly! It's crazy how much mass it takes up -.-
  • Wow, scary to think I had that in me... and still have some of it to lose, haha!
  • Ick! Thanks for the visual - I think! It really is an eye opener.
  • This one gets me too...

It's a replica of what 100 pounds would look like...

  • Wow. I'm proud of my four pounds now.
  • Quote: Wow. I'm proud of my four pounds now.
me too!!! I love my 4 pounds!!
  • This is actually incredibly help full. I have seen these fat replicas before in the 5lbs and 10lb variety but the 1 lbs is a lot bigger than I thought.

I have lost a total of 6lbs so far and it really is surprising just how much space that takes up. I've also lost an inch in my low waist (the dreaded pooch area) and my bust (appears to have come from my back and not the girls because they are still the same size).

I was starting to feel like this wasn't good enough but this was shockingly effective in changing that attitude.

    Thanks for posting!
  • Awesome! Thanks for posting this. I've seen a fat v muscle comparison before but not different amounts of fat. Feeling good about each pound now.. I should print this out and put it on the fridge. It'll gross me out and encourage me
