    Information for newbies:

    Tickers and Signatures:
    There are 2 requirements to have access to signatures and tickers. You must have been a member of 3fatchicks for 20 days AND posted at least 20 messages anywhere on the 3fatchicks forum. When you've met those requirements check The Ultimate Signature and Ticker Thread for more information and instructions.

    Searching:
    If you can't find what you're looking for in this forum using the website search function, try using the "double search" using Google.

    1) Go to google.com. Search 3fatchicks by using the term site:3fatchicks.com at the end of your google search.

    For example, if you want to look for "big mac in a bowl", type "big mac in a bowl site:3fatchicks.com" in google search. No need to inlucde the quotation marks when you type.

    2) This will bring up the page that you are looking for, now hit Ctrl+F to search on that page. Type "big mac in a bowl" and all instances of that search term will be highlighted.

  • Haha, a terrific Tuesday! I love 2 daily chat threads. Happy Days, all. Drink your water, and eat your salads....loose the weight!
    I'm going to run over to the thrift store tonight and get a few things. Fun! Then when they get too big, I'm happy to give them away.

    I sure did ... it was a June'teenth/graduation cookout. and I stayed 100%% OP. I got down with the grilled salmon, grilled chicken and lots of salad.

  • Still Hungry, anyone else?
    I have been doing water aerobics 2-3 days a week and on the days of more activity I have a huge appetite. I eat all my veggies and protein and still end up going over the packet and restricted item limit. Not sure it is true hunger, just want to be snacking on something. Any suggestions on how to beat the munchies
  • Well I am finally feeling back to myself after being sick since Thursday Hopped on the scale this morning to see how things were going (I was OP but did have probably more than what would be the allowed 'extras' in sugar-free cough drops) and I am down quite a bit this week so that is good. Bummed though I am going to miss my WI this week because I have a banquet to go to ... But I will do an "official" weigh in for my own purposes this Wednesday anyway I think just to keep on track.

  • Good Tuesday morning everyone, here's hoping everyone with WI's today are big losers. My WI is tomorrow evening, I don't think I lost too much this week (lost 4 lbs. last week) so if anyone knows where that darn Whoosh Fairy is could you please send her to me I could use her this week. Welcome to all the newbies, just stick to the plan and the weight will come off just look at everyone's progress. Those who weigh themselves every morning (like me) don't stress if your weight goes up and down it is normal, and for gosh sakes if you do stress over it stay off the scale. Here's wishing everyone a great OP day.

    FYI - there are 2 IP Chat Tuesday 19, 2012, it is a bit confusing which one do you post on?

    I am going to the thrift store tomorrow to donate a bunch of things. I have a friend is also on IP losing so I have been getting her too big clothes so should be good for a while..

    I have read that if you are doing aerobics and such you can have 1/2 a packet b4 and the other 1/2 after exercise totaling 1 extra packet a day. Are you still losing weight?
