Go to User CP on the top purple bar on the far left. Then look to your left under the Control Panel and if you see Edit Signature then you're eligible to post your ticker. If you don't see it, then wait until tomorrow and it should be there if you've reached 20 days.
darcrista- Your join date was 5/30/12. You can look at your profile by clicking on your username after you post a message (it's the blue hyperlink). Click View Public Profile and you will be able to see all of your personal information and history posts. I hope this helps.

1. Ticker1.jpg: Click on 'User CP' in upper left corner
2. Ticker2.jpg: Click on 'Edit Signature'
3. Ticker3.jpg: Under the 'Signature' tab you will see the "Add a weight tracker to your signature CLICK HERE" line....CLICK where indicated to create your signature. Then copy the code generated and paste it in your 'Edit Signature' box below.
