I started out with 270 and lost 23 lbs. At first I was going to do 10 lb goals, and as soon as i reached that i figured i'd bump it up and aim for 25. Jumped on the scale this morning and i weighed in at 247. I'm pretty happy. Although It's just a 1 pound loss since last week, so i was slightly disappointed because i knew it was my own fault that i just didn't push hard enough and didn't completely stick to my diet(nothing specific, just healthy eating).
So from today my next aim is for a total of 30 lbs even(or more, i always aim for more lol).
