2 lbs to go until the first 25 lb goal.

  • I started out with 270 and lost 23 lbs. At first I was going to do 10 lb goals, and as soon as i reached that i figured i'd bump it up and aim for 25. Jumped on the scale this morning and i weighed in at 247. I'm pretty happy. Although It's just a 1 pound loss since last week, so i was slightly disappointed because i knew it was my own fault that i just didn't push hard enough and didn't completely stick to my diet(nothing specific, just healthy eating).

    So from today my next aim is for a total of 30 lbs even(or more, i always aim for more lol).

  • Thanks !! 25 lbs has been reached as of yesterday morning !! Of course I'm including photo's because I never notice how much it actually made a difference until I put all three photo's together, once i looked at them side by side it was such a motivation boost.

    Then I think, wow, only 5 lbs until i hit 30 lbs and that gives me even more of a boost lol. So, I started at 270 and Now down to 245. !

  • I'm so excited to be PAST my first mini goal !! I weighed in today at 239! My birthday is in 3 months and 12 days, So my next goal is to lose this last 39 lbs to be down to 200 ! (Which btw when i get to 200 i finally get to schedule my breast reduction that i've been waiting for, for the past 10 years) this has been a GOOD day !

    The past couple of weeks i've almost fallen into old bad habits, I did what i wasn't supposed to do and bought a bag of chips and grossly polished them off in a single evening and felt really sick after. It was kind of like a lightbulb went off in my head afterwards and it was telling me, this is why you can't eat these anymore, you can't stop at just a few and this is why you gained all this weight in the first place by binging. It was a small set back but it renewed my motivation to climb back on the wagon. That one small falter isn't going to set me back so much that i completely ruin my clean eating, It happened and I just have to try harder not to let it happen again.

  • Thanks every one !! As of today I ONLY have 16.5 lbs to go until i reach a grand total loss of 50 lbs which makes my total loss 33.5 lbs and i've lost a total of 11 inches. It makes me so excited and even more motivated now then when i first started my journey.

    When i first saw the number 237.5, it didn't seem like a whole lot until i started doing the calculations of how much i'd actually lost and how far i have to go for the other mini goals i have set for myself.
    My next goal is to get to at least 40- 45 lbs gone by our family reunion August 26th. which is only another 6.5-11.5 lbs. Even to get to 40 lbs would be flipping awesome !, which mean's i'd be down to 230.

    Once i reach that goal, the next goal is to lose the last 20-30 by birthday, Nov 3rd,a bit harder to do, but i'm shooting for a high goal so that even if i don't reach it completely, I'll know that at least i tried my very hardest and didn't slack off.

    New progress photo attached ! Though i JUST noticed that my red T-shirt (that i finally got to fit back into and haven't fit into it for 3 years) makes my boobs look huge compared to my other progress photo's lol.
