So I just noshed on some lunch - a small grilled chicken pita (cucumber, tomato, romaine lettuce, mushrooms and I asked for broccoli too) from extreme pita and I discovered today they'll substitute Tzatziki sauce for chipoltle chickpea hummus, yay good fats and filling proteins! (~280cal), I didn't eat all of the pita, too much starchy-ness
Anyway I am FULL, I can feel in my throat that I've eaten a lot if that makes sense. I find that when I'm at this point of full, my body kind of wants to eat more...and almost always something sweet. Something in my subconscious tells me I will feel less full if I eat more?
What is this craziness? It's a common feeling I get and I've only started to think about what it means? Maybe someone can give me some insight?
