All I did was eat right, count calories and exercise by walk/jogging on a local bike path, it is so nice for this chapter of my life to be over. Now it is time to enter the second part of maintaining 
Oh, I forgot to add I went from 170lbs and a bmi of 30.1 to 120 lbs and a bmi of 20.1
