  • My goals this segment:
    Stick to WW.
    Drink my fluids.
    No pretzels in the car.
  • my goals...exercise daily!! I really struggle with it!
    stay within my 1200 calorie limit set by my dr
    drink my 128 ounces of water a day
    stay positive!
  • Okay, I'm here. I'm here and I'm staying for 10 days!

    My goals:

    1600-2000 calories
    no caffeine after 1 p.m.
    exercise daily
    check in daily
  • Made it yesterday! Think I'm going through pretzel withdrawal. LOL
  • good day even got some exercise in the garden with a hoe.LOL
  • Boy did I go yesterday.

    Dry and glued to my oars today.
  • well I feel out of the boat sat night and couldnt drag my heavy body back in yesterday. Today I will climb back in and use seat belt for the week. Please hand me an oar...i need the exercise of rowing!!
  • 2 really good days in a row. Shooting for #3 today.
  • Well, I've been falling down on posting, AND on exercise. Overdid the first day back and had a serious limp Friday.

    Eating has been roughly ok.

    Deb, I'll buckle up my seat belt too. Let's stay in for the rest of the ride!

    Our numbers are dwindling. Lots of empty seats in the boat.
