3rd week mark! 24inches!

  • So far ive lost 23.9 lbs and 24 inches in just 3 weeks! i love tuesdays! gives me such motivation for the next week.

  • That is great; what are you doing to lose so fast. Please share....I've been at a stand still for a while, some tips would be great.

  • I'm following the Ideal Protien diet. Things that I make sure I am doing is not eating past 8, and making sure I don't cheat period. I've found many alternatives to my favourite foods, (minus pizza ) and they satisfy my cravings.

    Keep focused and remember that every time you slip up, it takes twice as long to get your body back in fat burn mode Isn't worth it in my opinion. Havent felt this good... ever? haha
