So now I know I will probably see a gain or a good stall til I get back on track.
I do want to get back on track and I do feel a little bad but at the same time I figure we have our moments and I'm not perfect. My problems are as always:1) Not enough exercise (I had been taking very long walks but it's been raining A LOT -- thunderstorms -- so I went off my routine.)
2) Not enough water. Just bored of the taste right now.
3) Not enough veggies. I have been eating broccoli
, a lot of salads, brussels sprouts and not much else. Boredom again.Tomorrow is a new day so I will be back on Atkins track and I know it will take a few days to get back into ketosis but better to get back on the horse than just give up, right?
Anyone ever do something like this? How did you feel about it and how did you deal with it?
