Physically, I am bloated. I feel bloated (yes, TOM). Ive worked out yesterday and this morning (YAY) but I'll be damned if the scale wasn't UP 2 lbs from wednesday (+1 yesterday, and +1 this morning)
Rationally, I know I haven't gained 2lbs in 2 days because I haven't eaten 7000 calories (no binges). But UGH.
Just a vent.

I AM going thru "the pause"... so it can't always be contributed to TOM for me... but ... dingdangit daisy!!
