BLAAAAAAAH. Scale is UP again. WTF

  • Physically, I am bloated. I feel bloated (yes, TOM). Ive worked out yesterday and this morning (YAY) but I'll be damned if the scale wasn't UP 2 lbs from wednesday (+1 yesterday, and +1 this morning)

Rationally, I know I haven't gained 2lbs in 2 days because I haven't eaten 7000 calories (no binges). But UGH.

    Just a vent.
  • Ugh. Bloating stinks. it will be gone soon! (And then back next month. Grr.)

The messed up part is this NEVER Happens to me. I never have an issue gaining around TOM. I suppose I should get used to it and prepare for next month lol
  • Didn't you post about not working out for a month? Maybe your body is getting back into the swing of things
  • Since its TOM it is more than likely water retention, I hate those days too when the scale is just on crack
  • Sometimes I bloat at different times around TOM or it lasts longer etc.. it seems to be different quite a lot. It's frustrating though, I know. I'm bloating right now and I think it's a combination of ovulation and the probiotics I just started taking. I drank soo much water last night I was super pregnant looking and barely peeing.. not comfortable.

Going to work out today and see if it helps! Good luck to you, don't worry you'll have a whoosh

Yep, I Sure did. I hope that's what it is
  • bloating does suck. I'm still suffering from the bloating earlier this week, and thanks to that I won't be loosing this week. I'm still up a pound from where I need to be. It's most deffinintly frustrating.
  • Must be TOM, I know it can vary for everyone, for example me ..i usually bloat before and other times it happens after. still never fun and annoying.
  • I SO FEEL YOUR PAIN!!!

It's really WEIRD sometimes, but for the past couple of months, I have been fighting MAJOR bloat, & have not changed my eating habits enough to support "the bloat". I've gained 3# and can't seem to get it back off. Been bouncing back & forth between 155 & 158... and I was down to 153 a couple months back... so now it's been TWO MONTHS. Crazy bloating! - I really don't get it. I AM going thru "the pause"... so it can't always be contributed to TOM for me... but ... dingdangit daisy!!

So I'm just continuing on my regular diet/exercise path, hoping that my body will "fall back in line" ... eventually.
