I'd like help with my lower body fat!!

    I'm not overweight, I'm actually at a low weight but it's just the thighs (especially the inner thighs) that I'd like help with.
    I have tried hot yoga with dietary control for about 5 months, and reduced percent body fat from 22% to 14%, but I don't see a big difference in my lower body. It seems that it's only the upper body getting skinnier and skinnier.
    I really don't know what to do.
    Do you have any suggestions??


  • I think your thighs look great! What is it that you don't like about them?

    Everyone can benefit from weight training. Weighted squats, Deadlifts, etc... Everything will tone up and look even better!
  • I think weight training is the only thing left to do, but I think you look great too.
  • Oh my gosh! Please don't try to make your legs any smaller! You look great! I agree that maybe weight training would help you with how you want them to look? Please don't get down on yourself, cuz you look awesome.
