    Salad with Bell Pepper and Mushroom

    Snack:
    Soy Puffs

    Dinner:
    Cod with Cauliflower Mash

    Snack:
    Pudding Smoothie
  • Breakfast: Pina Colada Drink Mix
    Green Mountain flavored coffee (Island Coconut - Kcup) w/ splenda

    Lunch: Chicken Noodle Soup w/ 2 Cups Broccoli


    Dinner: 4oz extra lean beef w/ 4oz shrimp
    2 Cups roasted Broccoli

    Snack: Bar or pudding

    Cauliflower Rice w/Leeks & Cauliflower Puree <--leftovers
    Salad w/EVOO + Apple Cider Vinegar

    Snack@4pm:
    IP Chocolate Pudding
    Spinach & Lettuce<--make another smoothie
    2 cups Celestial Seasoning Christmas Cookie herbal tea

    Dinner@8pm:
    ?? We are out of protein @ home - Boston Market Turkey Breast w/steamed veggies ??

    IP Pancakes with cinnamon (no syrup) and 1 cup mint tea with 1 packet splenda

    Lunch:
    IP Potatoe Puree cooked in skillet into a "potatoe wrap" to use as a wrap for 1.5 cup assorted veggies (red & yellow bell pepper, diced cucumber, broccoli, and onion sprinkled with WF Zesty Italian salad dressing

    Afternoon Snack:
    2 cups slices of red, yellow, and orange bell peppers

    Dinner:
    8 oz ground turkey meat cooked with homemade "taco seasoning" ontop of 2 cups lettuce and 1 diced tomatoe

    Night Snack:
    IP Raspberry Jello

    Breaky: 2 cups of spinach in a spinach smoothie with a chocolate RTD

    Lunch: Chocolate RTD

    Dinner: 8oz chicken breast

    Dessert: 2 cups of ruhbarb stew made w. a little xylitol for sweetness and cinnamon.

    Water water water water water......
  • Bfast- Blueberry pudding made into muffins

    Lunch: IP jello with Subway salad (lettuce, cucumber, pickle and green pepper with evoo)

    Snack - Chocolate soy puffs (only flavor I haven't tried)

    Dinner - 8oz porkloin from the crockpot with roasted cauliflower and salad with WF balsamic

    Snack - raspberry tea

    Ended up pooping out this evening helping my cousin set up for her sons party...had a 4th packet for dinner instead...

    IP Crispy Cereal (zucchini pancakes)
    2 Egg Whites
    1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar <--this really helped with the beaten egg white structure
    1/2 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
    Zucchini
    WF Pancake Syrup
