What your daughter? and how old is she?
She's about 5'6 1/2"... She'll be 14 next month. (she looks 16...God help me

). She hasn't been on the scale in awhile, but her clothes have been getting tighter in the hips/thighs/tummy area. I'm trying not to have her focus on scale either. Maybe Instead focusing on a snug pair of pants or ones she can't button very easy anymore. I think IP would be beneficial b/c it targets fat loss...
She's also severely allergic to gluten and sticks to her gluten free diet 100%. This last year, she's discovered a lot of the GF processed crap (cookies, cakes, crackers) that are more readily available. I think that's been the biggest culprit.
Keep us posted about your son. Good luck to him and you look maaahvelous btw!
