So today I ate out for the first time in a while. I had a yummy chicken quesadilla lunch special ( rice and black beans). The portion was huge and I was full halfway thru and took the rest home. In the past messing up like this would really upset me and crush all my motivation to lose weight. I also would've ate the whole plate. I am happy to say that I feel completely fine about it. I have no desire to keep eating badly/binge since I already messed up. I am so happy to see a change in myself and that I'm recognizing when Im full. I'm expecting a gain tomorrow and I'm okay with that. I'm back on plan already. ( sister had the leftovers). I just had to share bc in the past I know I would've felt like a failure and hit the drive thru all week. Makes me feel like this time I'm really gonna do it. I'm gonna lose the weight.
