I just buy pure stevia at the health food store. It tastes good and seems to me that it's by far the safest, most natural, least processed. I'm totally biased but I don't trust truvia or pur via, partially because they are patented by coke and Pepsi :P stevia is a little more expensive though... Go figure.
Truvia has erythritol made from corn starch, so I avoid it.
Pure Via is also "Stevia Based" and not totally Stevia.
I grow Stevia on my patio and use it for things like tea. For other things I use liquid Stevia extract, from the health food store. There's just too much junk in the big commercially produced powdered labels, for me to trust them.
ETA: I found this list -

Pure Via™ :dextrose, isomaltulose, cellulose powder, Reb A and natural flavors

Stevia in the Raw: Maltodextrin and Stevia Extract (Rebiana)
Sun Crystalsâ : pure cane sugar, stevia.
Stevita™ Spoonable™ : Stevia Rebaudiana Bertoni extract (leaves) and Erythritol.
