What are you eating today, Saturday June 2

  • Phase 1:

    Breakfast:
    Strawberry with Cran-Gran Smoothie

    Lunch:
    Mushroom Soup with 1C Veg

    Snack:
    Salad with 1C Veg

    Dinner:
    Grilled Chicken and Grilled Eggplant
    (Also grilling up lots of other veggies to have on hand for my soups this week)

    Snack:
    Cocoamint Smoothie- CANT WAIT!!
  • Breakfast - coffee and chocolate drink
    Lunch - chicken noodle soup with 1 c of mushrooms
    Snack - salad with 1 c of mushrooms
    Dinner - flank steak, salad, grilled turnips
    Snack - vanilla rtd

    Day 4, day 4, day 4!!!!!!!! Feeling great!!!!
  • Breakfast: vanilla pudding/shake w/cinnamon & vanilla
    Lunch: Zucchini pancake - first attempt to make
    Dinner: Leftover steak & veggies from last night
    Snack: Pudding??
  • Hi Everyone!!

    Breakfast = Peach Mango Drink Mix
    Coffee w/ Splenda (no more creamer for me!)

    Lunch = Chicken Noodle Soup Mix w/ 1 C. mashed Turnips & 1 C. roasted veggies from last night

    Snack = Pudding or a bar (Not sure yet)

    Dinner= Big Mac in a bowl w/ Ground Turkey Breast & Veggies on the side

    IP Crispy Cereal (unrestricted pancakes)
    2 Egg Whites
    1/2 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    WF Pancake Syrup

    Bodypump@8:30-9:30am

    Lunch@10am:
    Pure Protein Vanilla RTD (spinach smoothie)
    Spinach
    2 cups Coffee & Ice

    Walk 1.5mi@10:30am

    Lunch@2pm:
    IP Potato Purée (clam chowder)
    Celery, Green Onions
    3 oz Clams
    Cauliflower Purée

    Dinner@7pm:
    Roasted Chicken Breast <--had to scrape off creamy sauce, need to question menus more!

    Breakfast
    IP Vanilla RTD

    Lunch
    IP Potato Puree spinach Patties
    2 egg whites
    1 paquet IP Potato Puree
    1 cup of spinach (pureed)
    1/8 cup cilantro (pureed)
    2 green onions (in small pieces)
    Salt
    Pepper
    Green Tabasco

    Beat egg whites, add pureed spinach and cilantro, add the rest of ingredients and mix together. Form patties (it gave me 3).

    I served with a mix of veggies and it was so good ;-)

    Dinner
    Roasted chicken + veggies salad (I so love roasted broccoli...it's been my favorite of the week. Now I'll try cauliflower ;-) )
