I go on vacay July4th - 9th- Chicago.
How do I prepare for my vacay???? I had planned to take some IP with me but I do anticipate going off plan for those days.
I need help prepping.... Do I "phase" off even though Im in still in Phase 1?
Im a lil lost ... I am not trying to go hog while on my vacay with my eating.... I plan to stay close to eatiing Meats and Proteins but... I do plan to take in carbs here and there. AND I WILL BE BE DRINKING WIIIIIIINE.
