236-237 pounds but whose counting;-)

  • Been walking and monitoring what I eat......I can't seem to get to 235.......My goal for June is to see 230/225.....I started at around 265. No matter what I do the scales are not budging, I know it's only a pound or two, but it plays havoc with the phyce.

    Heck, my scales hadn't moved in a month then I weighed in at my moms, boy was I happy, my scales have now gone by the wayside......Evil, evil piece of metal.

    Any one else stuck?
  • getting stuck at a dreaded number is the worst!
    Maybe try playing around with the calories a bit, calorie cycling .... I have always plateaued pretty quickly in the past, but so far so good more than 3 months in this time ... I do high calorie days and low calorie days. Maybe it'll give the scale a little shake up!!
