I went to see my IP Coach/Doctor today after 4 weeks on maintenance. He gave me these pics laminated and told me to be proud of how far I've come and put them somewhere where I would see them daily.... I'm really shocked at the "before pics".. so was my family. My son said "mom, you look so sad in the before" (I think I was, also a bit mortified he was taking my picture).

First time "attaching" a photo, so we'll see what happens...

I went from a size 16-18 to 8-10. Shopping addiction is waaayy better for you then carb addiction hahaha
