Twitching about IP packet info ** rant**

  • OK, I know I can be hypercritical, but there is a grammatical error on the IP packets, and it's driving me absolutely bat crazy (to the point I'll recreate the sheets before putting them on my blog). It's under the actual "Plan" part before it lists what veggies etc. are allowed. It says
"*Serving size must be respected with no more/no less then indicated.*
Please Note: Natura Omega III, Anti-Oxy & Enzymes are strongly recommended in all phases"

then should be than, and it is driving me nuts Can someone point this out to a coach? I'm coach less so there is no one I can tell to make them fix it, but even minor errors make it look like a "hack job" to me instead of a medically approved protocol.

    OK, ranting is done
  • That's because it's all translated from French. There are typos in the cook book as well. Also why they call the chocolate 'pancake' a pancake when it's really a crepe.
  • Ahhh makes much more sense then. Still *eye twitch* lol. The American coaches should figure that action out and fix it, crazy peeps.
  • Kay, That typo is an eye twitch but not as critical as the problem I ran into. There were sheets my coach gave me that identified gluten free packets. There were some big errors on that sheet and as a result I suffered from my gluten/thyroid symptoms for 2 weeks. I did tell them when I realized where my gluten exposure was happening and they pulled the sheets. They are going to photo copy the nutrition information straight from the boxes so that people can go off of those.
  • Yikes!!! That sounds extremely dangerous potentially. I worked with a guy who was gluten-intolerant (is that the right phrase?) and if he screwed up he'd have his Crones disease acting up, severe cramping and all sorts of problems.

I posted in the daily, I want to find as much IP info as I can and put it into one packet (not separate links), and want to include the labels of each IP product. Since they only have about 60 or so products I've found that part won't suck, but comparing the phase worksheets etc. definitely will.
  • Info -

Do you think you could hunt down the updated pdf's of the phases? I grabbed the ones from the sticky thread here but those must be a bit outdated. Otherwise I'll google til' I find em.
