Im back on induction. Unfortunately the last three weeks have not been good for me eating wise. I graduated my CNA class, with the highest grade in the class, and have started all my LVN prerequisites and have started my General Ed classes for my BSN. The last few weeks I have fallen into my old eating habits of grabbing whatever is on campus, and not paying attention to carbs, and Ill tell you Im paying for it. Not only are my pants not loose, but are getting tighter, my anxiety has gone up, and I am irritable, and tired and have no energy at all. Before, it was great, Id go to bed at about 10 and wake up at 6 and be rearing to go..now I have such a hard time waking up in the morning. Im bloated, and my skin that was clear is now broken out.
I feel so much better when Im on plan and doing well. Not only does my body feel better, but my mind works better. So, today Im back on induction. Ive done well so far, 44 oz of water, and 2 eggs for breakfast, bacon, and a piece of cheese. I also need to get back on the water kick. I have had so many diet sodas in the past few weeks that I probably pee Diet Pepsi!
Hopefully now Ill have more time to get back and post more. I no longer have my 14 hour days, every day, they are only about 8 hour days now, which is much more manageable. I just dont know what to do with myself..haha
