Hi! I'm new to the site, and to dieting, but my goals are simple. I just graduated high school, and its about time I lost some weight--I really want to lose fifty pounds this year.
The hardest things for me is that a lot of my friends are well... lazy isn't entirely inaccurate, and I don't have an exercise buddy. My family also doesn't eat the healthiest, but I've been pushing them to buy more fruits/veggies/etc.
Anyone with advice would be graciously accepted... and nice to meet you all!


I don't really exercise as much, but in terms of healthy and whole cooking, I'm your girl!
