Hello my name is Brandy and I am turning the page to a new chapter in my health. I am starting the Ideal Protein Program after the holiday weekend. I have gotten the best inspiration to do this. I have PCOS and my doctor says if I want to get preggers then well I need to loose a bit of weight. I have a super supportive husband and family.
