    Most of my life I was thin, went through a serious depression, tried to eat my way of it, needless to say it didn't work.

    Now a few years later, I'm well. However I want the outside of my body to reflect what I feel inside. I have over a hundred pounds to lose, it's not a question of if. This is a done deal. So far I Have lost 20 pounds. I'm going to keep plugging along.

    Walking in my primary source of exercise , I would like to join a gym but not sure we have one in our small town.
