I seem to be doing better.The higher dose of thyroid mecicine probably is helping. But I am eating less. I think the motivation / direct suggestion tapes that I made myself seem to be helping a lot. I have one for the truck and one for work. I am thinking about making one to play when I am in the house. The truck one is mainly for starting the day and work one is for at work. I may make one that deals with being in the house or being off work.. Altho the hypnotism did not help as much as I thought it would I still believe in the power of suggestion. So if I have tapes to play that remind me of my goal and what I need to do to reach it.It can only help.
I was able to swim laps twice now so the pool should be a regular thing now. I don't think it helped any to lose weight but any activity has to be good for me.
I am trying to focus on eatting 3 meals a day,eating snacks only if really hungry,eating slower,stopping when full.Not eating late at night.Etc Etc You know the drill. We all know what we need to do. I am just trying to stay more focused so I can do the things that will help me to lose.
