I've never been able to do dynamic lunges (I'm very weak and I didn't know how to get in the proper posture) but I've been going to a resistance training class at my gym and today I managed to do the whole set of dynamic lunges in proper form!
I'm super excited for myself
being able to do the exercises properly actually makes them easier, I find. And I can definitely feel myself getting stronger!

. There is a big difference between doing an exercise and doing it properly! It's a brilliant feeling when you realise you are getting stronger, we really don't use our bodies enough
