I have not ate much today cause Im not at home, and I got a new job so I treated myself to a pepsi, other than the one pepsi I have been doing very well on a strict healthy plan. But I munnched down on some peanuts thinking they were good for me then I decided to look them up! One cup of shelled peanuts = 800+ calories I feel so bad that took up the rest of my calories for the day, I didnt eat a whole cup I dont think we were snacking out of a big bowl

. from now on I look at calories before I eat anything which I normally do.
