Since I left, I've been practicing 'intuitive eating' but my intuition seems to be telling me to eat Pringles a little too often!
I need to monitor my diet a bit not for weight loss but because once I started going crazy with the carbs again my blood pressure went up, so I need to watch that. Plus I like to diary my food and exercise anyway and I miss everyone, so I'm going to return and I missed the daily thread a lot. Not much else new here, we're all good in my family, work is good, my spiritual life is good, my feelings about my body are good and all is good. Look forward to hearing everyone's news again and checking in each day. I missed my South Beach friends!!
