    Lettuce/ 1 c Cucumbers/ Red Onion
    2 Tbsp WF Thousand Island Dressing
    1 tsp EVOO/ Sea Salt

    Snack:
    IP BBQ Chips
    1 c Low Sodium Dill Pickles
    2 Tbsp Great Lakes Gelatin/ Collagen

    *needed to get my veggies in so I made a veggie soup
    1 cup Chicken Broth (adds 5 calories from 1g protein)

    Roasted Garlic Cloves

    Dinner@7pm
    Beef & Chicken Fajitas
    Pico de Gallo

    Are you getting your 2 tsp olive oil in? Sometimes I drizzle the oil on my cukes, sprinkled with salt.

    Chloe, here in Canada they sell President Choice Blue Menu products. These pickles are delicious! Not sure if they are available in the states.
