    Week 14, Day 6

    Breakfast @ 5:30am
    Vanilla Yogurt with Strawberries and Muesli
    2 Breakfast Sausage links (meatless)

    Lunch @ Noon
    2 Boca Burger patties
    2 cups Roasted Broccoli

    Spin Class @ 1:15pm (I might have an RTD after if I'm feeling hungry, but it's not needed in p3)

    Dinner @ 6:30pm
    Organic Soy Flax Tempeh (half package baked)
    1 tbs Heinz RS Ketchup
    2 cups Roasted Zucchini Crisps

    Snack @ 8ish
    Proti Diet Peanut Butter and Smooth Caramel Crisp Bar

    Lots of water

    BF: Banana pudding shake/iced coffee with stevia and dash of WF choc syrup.
    Lunch: Chicken, pickle, cucumber, tomato lettuce with WF thousand island.
    Dinner: "french toast", omlette packet with zucchinni...
    snack: mug cake

  • Thank you Cassir for posting the link. It really is a substantial meal. I love it with WF pancake syrup. I can't find plain omlette mix here so I use a cheese omlette mix and it tastes fine.

    Who know how to make PUDDING CAKES. I know mug cake with a drink mix, but pudding cake??
  • WI #2 today!!! Excited!!

    Breakfast: DH made me thick vanilla pudding with ice and expresso. YUM!

    Lunch: IP Mushroom Soup + salad and 2 cups veggies

    Dinner: baked shrimp and scallops with garlic, lemon and EVOO with 2 cups steamed veggies

    Snack: IP Vanilla Pudding in blender with ice
