So I'm back for like, the 5th time. Or five billionth. I've lost count.
I have a really nasty habit of losing a ton of weight fairly quickly and then gaining all back in the course of the year. I'm coming to realize that I need to make changes in my lifestyle that are permanent... that I don't get to have a free-for-all once I hit my goal weight. So I'm posting this up here now to hold myself accountable. This will be THE last time I lose these pounds.
