  • Hey everyone! Here are some of my before, during and after shots.

    This one is kinda silly but I think it shows off how small I am really well:





    My heaviest weight was 210lb at the end of 2010. I joined Weight Watchers in Jan 2011 at 201lb. I hit my goal weight of 146lb on Feb 14th 2012.

    I have lost a total of 64lb, 55lb with WW.

    I ultimately want to get down a bit more but I am now at a healthy weight and am happy about how I look.

    I actually lost my weight with very little exercise. I do want to start though, to tone up and get fit.

    Track! That is my biggest tip. And weigh & measure every single thing you eat (unless you are out of course). But tracking and portion control are the 2 main things.
