
This makes me SO upset.

It is my TOM but this still doesn't make sense to me, why would I go down to 309?
I have been eating healthy and counting calories,
I eat no more then 1700 a day.
Does anyone have a logical explanation for this??
Please do not suggest to not weight daily, that doesn't work for me.

) Occasionally I will sneak in a weigh during the middle of the week, but not usually. If you find weighing yourself so often to be too discouraging, try every other day or twice a week, once/week, etc.
