Weigh in Wednesday...Week 3

    Well after my week of holidays, and eating not quite op...Im please to say Ive only gained a pound "phew"!

    up to 204 from 203 last week

  • Well - another yo-yo week.

    SW 208 and then up to 213!
    CW 205.5 but I was down to 203 on Monday!

    Something is working. My BGL average is now below 7! Yippee!

    A 2 lb gain this week, but I'm PMSing really bad, so it's probably 75% water and 25% binge from yesterday. HOWEVER - I have been going to the gym religiously and last night I actually could see and feel the muscles in my ab region. Not even a 2 lb gain can take away from how good that feels!

    Last week - either 149.5 or 150, couldn't tell
    Today - it is either 148 or 148.5, can't tell (must get a digital scale). But, it is definetly below 150!!! I like the Wednesday weigh-in, it gives me time to lose water weight from going off plan on the weekends...

  • This is my first weigh in also on this thread. I didn't gain nor did I lose. (kind of a bummer). Although i really cheated this past weekend, at least i didn't gain.

  • I couldn't get near a scale this week, but the clothes are fitting the same. I'm guessing no loss, or maybe only half a pound!
  • Whoops, my scales are going the wrong way!!! I was 267 today.
  • Back on Atkins Induction after a few months of dithering and yo-yoing. At our first Wednesday WI I was 275 and this morning I was 280. Not good.
    Fighting carb cravings like mad. I know the first few days are tough so I'm hanging in. I hope I can get this to work this time.
