Don't know how to count pasta

  • Hi,
    I am new to WW so I'm a little nervous that I may not be counting some things correctly.

    Last night I made spaghetti for dinner. I used gluten-free pasta and entered it as a custom food. However, it shows as 3 points for 56 grams of dry pasta, and I ate a cup of cooked pasta.

    Pardon my ignorance, but how do I figure out my points for this? Any help is appreciated.
  • My best advice to you is to weigh out your pasta before you cook it. You might even want to even cook it by itself to see what a one serving portion looks like on your plate. As for you 1 cup I have no idea what that would be..sorry
