70 (140) calorie frozen coffee / frappe !

  • I picked up some sugar free torani vanilla syrup the other night along with a keurig. I've been really caffeined up trying out various things with it. and I probably made 5 different iced coffees now and I think I perfected it ! Oh my gosh it's so tasty and better than any of the light stuff I've tried from Starbucks.

    Ingredients:
3 TBSP Starbucks French vanilla ground coffee
*** You may need to use less! my keurig is brewing from Ezcups so I can use my own coffee and its making the coffee rather light. I like it this way, but if brewing any other way this may be too strong.
    1 TBSp Nesquik chocolate syrup
1/2 Cup blue bunny no sugar added vanilla ice cream
2 Teaspoons torani sugar free vanilla syrup
2 and 2 cups of ice
    5.25 ounces water
coffee maker (I use a keurig)
blender capable if pulverizing ice (I use a ninja)

    1. Brew coffee over 2 cups of ice using 5.25 ounces of water - this is what my keurig uses on the smallest cup setting.
    2. add all ingredients including brewed coffee and ice to blender. pulse until smooth, desired consistency.

    Servings: 2.
    1 cup per serving.

  • You can also use the Starbucks via instant coffee or other instant coffee. I buy an organic instant coffee and mix that with a frozen banana, frozen raspberries, cocoa powder, soy milk and a little stevia for a morning smoothie.
