Morning Taz, and all the rest of the sleepy-headed coop! If I don't post now, I probably won't get back here until so late that my head will fall down on the keyboard! It's early for me, but I am working a double shift today, and must be in NYC by 9ish so I have to leave here by 7:30......dh set the coffee pot before he went to bed last night, it's starting to bubble and gurgle - yummm I still can't give up my morning caffein!

Hi there! Lots of melting yesterday so we are starting into Eight Muddy Paw Season! I heard a robin singing yesterday - what a lovely sound!

The woodstove was installed yesterday as planned and looks just great! Of course it arrived on the mildest day of the winter so we didn't use it. Maybe later today.

I am finally off to the greenhouse this morning. Last Friday fell through because the plants didn't arrive. This morning we start on baskets - I love it!

Ruth I heard a Robin yesterday and I thought I was dreaming it. I couldn't find it but I opened the window and listened. I can't wait for the first warm day when I can open all the windows and get rid of the winter smell.

Ruth, my 4 muddy paw season has started. Yesterday I had to carry Rosie upstairs to her cage so she could dry off for 20 minutes before I would let her out. She's dug a huge mud hole in the back yard!

Good Morning !

I don't know what I'm going to do girls. This diet/change in eating isn't working. I'm not snacking at night (lent challenge) but I can not seem to control myself at dinner. I just go bezerk AND it doesn't seem to matter what I eat during the day. I can eat huge breakfast, followed by a nice hardy fattening lunch....and bam... dinner I still can't control. Or I can eat lightly during the day, several small meals, and still dinner's got me by the throat (so to speak). SIGH ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Okay thats enuf of me whining.

Happy Tuesday Ladies!

Im sitting here with my hair all wrapped up in Loreal Preference, medium brown......and it smells so bad, I drove hubby downstairs I was starting to get that skunk look, nice white streak starting from the middle of my forehead! I dont colour my hair very often, its just too much bother lol, but this time the big white streak was bothering me much more!!

Yesterday was a wonderful day, and beautiful outside. Hubby had a dr's apt and a colonoscopy. Put him right out, and all is clear. Im very relieved about it and I think Im more happy its over than him lol I worry too much

Off to the store today, I miss it after being away for a week. Hubby has a big sign order he has to work on today. Which means the air might get a bit blue I just hope there arent any customers in the store when this happens!

Well, I think I got a Job--Imagine!! A Medial center called me yesterday about doing there transcription-they are about 3 miles from my house...so pick up and delivery should be a snap. The lady is supposed to call me back tomorrow about the details--so keep your fingers crossed!
Dyan~the pyschic lady told me I would get a job within the next month , and a friend would help me to land it....well in this medical center is a lady that I know, and sit with at dd ballgames, the lady who called said that she has been hearing great things about me...Sandy is the only one I know who works down there...so maybe P.Lady was right!

Liz`Thanks for the prayers and peace--here in the U.S. it is getting pretty shaky--we could use all the prayers we can get!!!

Leens--I know what you are going through--I think we all do--but yesteday was the first perfect on plan days I have had in about a month--it is so hard to get back OP--I wish I could help you, just know that you are never alone, and we all know what you are going through! ((((((()))))))'s to you!

Wow, I've been reading everyone's posts and they are so energetic. I am new but am amazed at how friendly the group is. I feel for those stuggling since everyone knows how frustrating this battle can be. I take strength from those who are so optimistic and remember when we have a bad day tomorrow could be better.
Thank you already, I feel stronger from knowing so many are band together for the same outcome.

Leens - Radical thought, but what if you ate only small snacks thru the day and then ate the majority of your daily food in the evening? Maybe your body's clock is just set different? Don't think of it as cheating, it's a planned way to eat. My Dad always ate this way. He never ate breakfast or lunch and then always had a big dinner followed by several snacks. (really, the man could eat like a horse) He never weighed more than 195. Anyway - just a thought.

For those who are keeping track - I haven't been posting as much because I've been kinda-sort off plan. Not waaayy off plan, but still far enough to be guilty. Today though, I have PMS and I'm so far way from the Plan that I'm begging for someone to break my jaw, wire it shut and feed me only LC shakes.

How bad have I been today? BAD. I had a Reeses Cup and tortilla chips for breakfast, Boneless honey BBQ wings and potato wedges for lunch with a real Pepsi. Plus last night I drank 2 Black Russians. Needless to say I've rescheduled my Fit Assesment for next week. I'm not looking forward to weigh-in tomorrow.

So, Linda, I'm back on induction with you, starting tomorrow. But I'm finishing my Pepsi first.

I hear you Ruthie on the pop-ups--I'll try to keep my complaining down to a dull roar! Unfortunatley, those are a common occurance EVERYWHERE--we have road runner which is not a dial-up but through the cable company-so we are always on line--and this computer gets so many pop-ups that it will actually freeze-up from the strain--that is why we got another computer downstairs that works better!

Dyan--I am with you on Induction--actually I started yesterday-but Friday is Mike's surprise party sooooooo--I'm sure I will have some alcohol and throw it all off--but nonetheless I am officially back "ON"!
Scooby--Big Nascar race going on in your neck of the woods this weekend--in Bristol--DH was almost gonna go--he still may if the opportunity arises!
