  • Post your losses here, whatever way you measure them (even if it is just pounds). Also feel free to post any NSVs you had.

    Losses:
    -8.4 lbs lost
-2.6% body fat (I know that measurement method is questionable but I'll take it)
-34.25 inches lost total! I honestly am blown away by this!

I'm so very glad I took the measurements. I would have never known really how amazingly I did this month just by looking at the scale.

    My NSVs:
I joined a gym 4/22 and have been every day since joining.
  • NSV - I've passed my road test.
I've been terribly afraid to drive since I could remember. It took me 8 years to get to this point.
Now I am driving on my own! I still get nervous alone, but omg...this has done wonders for me, mentally.
I feel like I can take anything thrown at me now!
  • NSV - ran 5 miles under 40 minutes - best time yet. Started week 4 today of quitting smoking!!

Losses - None as far as I know - I really need to start measuring myself again & being more aware of my calorie tracking, I've been slacking in that area...
  • That's awesome guys! Love this thread

    April loss ~10 lbs!
NSv-fit into Jeans I have not worn in 6 years!!!
  • - Finally had the scale move, was stuck at 141-143 since september, now I lost 7lbs and am at 135!!!

-Also passed the 30lbs lost milestone this month

    - NSV: I posted a full body pic of myself for the first time in years today. On my facebook and on here. (link: http://distilleryimage10.instagram.c...38140926_7.jpg )

Looking forward to may for sure!!
  • I got out of the 140's into the 130s for the first time in a year and stayed gluten free :-)
  • I have gone down 2 pant sizes since I started my healthier lifestyle in January! I was wearing the same 13's with a belt that was loose as well and I went shopping and much to my surprise I wear 9's now! Haven't worn those since I was 18, about 6 years ago!
  • I now weigh what it says on my driver's license, which was accurate for the last time probably 7 years ago.
  • I'm down 9 lbs for April.
But its the NSV's that make me the happiest!
I bought a shirt and a pair of pants in an XL for the first time in about a decade. The last pair of pants I bought was a 20w, but I was wearing some 22's too. I dont remember the last time I could buy something from the miss dept, not the plus. Next month I plan on buying something without an X in front of it!
I can also sit side by side in our big easy chair with my daughter. I used to barely fit in it alone! We are cuddling together in the chair as I write this, and I love it!
  • Love everyone's posts!!! So inspiring!
  • Thanks for starting this post, LockItUp these are very motivating to read!
  • I don't weigh myself regularly - last weigh in was March 2 - so no weight loss numbers. But a nice NSV...down another pant size. Brings me down a total of 6 pant sizes since I started.

Five sizes down on top sizes. Just fit into my favorite blouse from several years ago, and a T shirt that hasn't fit me in over 5 years now fits.

And the weight training is paying off too. No specific metrics, but I buy these big containers of cat litter that used to be unbearable to lug around, and now it is easy to lift them!
  • I reached my 45 pound milestone weight loss this month
  • NSV- Feeling better, moving more, ankles are no longer hurting as much

Lost- 10.2 pounds. Would've been more if I hadn't had so much dang sodium yesterday.
  • Lost 4.6-5.9 lbs (depends if you take Sunday's weight or Monday's ), and made it into the 130s! I haven't seen the 130s since I was 13 years old - 20 years ago!

And I bought a pair of size 4 jeans. The still seem too snug in the thighs to me to wear them just yet... but they definitely fit.

And the best NSV - I ran a 10K on Saturday!! Slowly, but I did it. I never in a million years thought I would ever run 6+ miles, let alone love doing it! It felt so awesome to cross that finish line.
