So this week I met two milestones: I'm no longer morbidly obese and I've lost 10% of my body weight from this January. My highest was 252.2, but I 'restarted' my weight loss this January at 242. My weigh-in today was 216.4! I've been doing it by calorie counting and a little exercising (daily walks).
I'm beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel and that light is ONEderland!!!
