    Any comments, likes, dislikes?
  • I've had it...delicious!
  • I had it this week and loved it! I think it would be awesome over the potatoes and then split in half.

  • I was just wondering about this
  • I purchased two packets of this because my family enjoys chicken ala king, so i thought this was something i could have when they have theirs.
Here are my thoughts: the flavor was good, but almost identical to the chicken soup (cream, not noodle). The dehydrated pieces in it were very hard, but gave some bulk to it, which I enjoy.
I think for the second packet, I will let it sit a bit longer before eating it. Maybe that will help rehydrate the pieces and parts. If not, I probably won't buy it again because I am already adding veggies to the original chicken soup, but my veggies are tender and identifiable.
  • I added some leftover cauliflower to mine and yes you have to let it set for a couple of minutes to soften the vegies. I absolutely hate the chicken soup but this was good.
  • I did not think it was as good as the cream of chicken soup, which I love.
  • Is this a restricted item?
  • Not restricted
  • Quote: Is this a restricted item?
    No, non-restricted.
  • I had it for lunch last Thursday plus a salad. It was REALLY filling and it tasted yummy. I will keep a few packs around for days when I am extra hungry.

I loved the little bits of corn in there. Mine sat for at least 5 minutes while I was eating my salad, and the pieces all rehydrated very nicely for me.
  • good to hear, hope they have some left when I go WI on Monday, thanks all for your reviews.
  • For those having issues with hard veggies or the chicken in this product, try this alternative cooking method. Simmer in a pan for 10 minutes or so and also use 8 ounces of water since the product is thicher using the pan method. This solves the problem.
  • I tried it yesterday and am not a fan. It tasted like paste to me. My veggies never reconstituted, no matter how long I let them sit.

The new strawberry wafer cookies, however, are to DIE for!
  • Those strawberry wafers are so delicious they are on my don't order list because they are 200 calories and would be so hard to avoid. The Chicken Ala King is pasty as you say.. Some of the items the IP poll show others liking products I don't like and vice versa. My coach encouraged me to try a wide variety of the foods.
