So I had decided over the weekend that this sunday I will start back on SBD and quit WW; well in light of how well SBD works and how much I'm giving up (to incl bread & fruit which I love) this week I decided to allow myself to just eat; still sensibly for the most part but not quite following WW or points (I have gone over on my points, even weekly points); I have snacked less and over all I've lost 3 lbs already!

I am thrilled but just. don't. get it. lol
